Users are responsible for keeping account credentials and confidential reviewer links secure. Reviewer links are personal to the invited reviewer and must not be forwarded. Users must provide accurate submission, authorship and conflict-of-interest information and must not attempt to access another user's confidential editorial record.

JMNS dataset records support discovery and curation. The authoritative repository or data provider governs files, versions, licences, access conditions and reuse restrictions. A JMNS listing does not transfer ownership or grant additional reuse rights.
