Submit a manuscript
JMNS submissions are handled through the secure Editorial Portal. This page is intentionally operational: scientific preparation belongs in the Author Guidelines and editorial rules belong in the dedicated policies.
The Editorial Portal is installed and under final pre-launch validation. Formal submissions are not yet being accepted.
Two routes to original research, plus reviews.
Original Research — Primary Data
Empirical research using principally newly collected/original data.
Original Research — Secondary Data
Original scientific analyses based principally on existing datasets.
Reviews
Systematic reviews, meta-analyses, scoping reviews, critical/narrative reviews and mini reviews.
Primary- and secondary-data studies are evaluated according to the same scientific and editorial standards. Use of datasets listed by JMNS is optional and confers no editorial preference.
Prepare · Submit · Track.
Follow the article-specific Author Guidelines, upload the required files and declarations, and submit through the portal. The corresponding author can then follow manuscript status, view decisions, submit revisions and respond to proofs.
Manuscripts must be sufficiently clear in English for peer review. Professional English-language editing is provided after acceptance at no cost to authors; paid pre-submission language editing is not required by JMNS.

Peer review, confidentiality and editorial independence are governed by the Peer Review Policy and Editorial Policies. JMNS charges no submission fee or APC; the complete no-fee and post-acceptance English-editing policy is maintained on the Publication Fees page.
